Prevailing Voice Daily 2nd December

PREVAILING VOICE DAILY
2nd December
Topic: THE WORD SERIES…part 1
Text: Psalms 149: 5,6

5: Let the saints be joyful in the glory and beauty [which God confers upon them]; let them sing for joy upon their beds.
6: Let the high praises of God be in their throats and a two-edged sword in their hands. Amplified.

Thanks to God who brought us to the last month of this year, countless are his blessings over our lives. We thank him for THE PROPHETIC WORD for this Month, if you know God can’t fail his promises then, you get excited each time his speaks in such manner.
This series of teaching has been in my spirit for a while now, as we start it today, great will be it impact in the lives of many, you see beloved, the massage that cannot change the preacher cannot change anyone, so, when God’s word burn like fire in your spirit as a minister of the Gospel, you can be sure it will save and bless others.
The emphasis here is THE WORD OF PRAISE, this is what every living being should send to heaven, most times we are concern about what God can do and will do for us, not what we ought to do for God, it is important we all come to the consciousness of the fact that our primary assignment is to give him praise.
Verse 5 of our text says, ‘ let the saints be joyful in glory, let them sing for joy upon their beds ‘ every saint, believer, born again, christian (not just in name) is given this assignment, why just saints and not everyone? Because only them can give acceptable praise to God, how do I know? Proverbs 15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked (sinner) is an abomination to the Lord: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. Every sinner is expected to turn to God for salvation before his sacrifice can be accepted.
Verse 6 talked about the high praises of God in the mouth of these saints, it means not just praise is demanded but high praises, praising wholeheartedly.
The point I want to make here is this; we connect to God by the words of our mouth, words of praise connect us to God, that is what he demands from us, we can touch him with our praise, singing praises to God is reaching out to him, it is enthroning him, giving him what he wants, and you can be sure that he will give you what you want.
Always remember that not just praise is demanded from me but high praises. Give him high praises in your closet, on the road, in his sanctuary. God delights in our praise. God bless you.
PRAYER.
* Give God high praise in songs today and always.
