Topic: THE WORD SERIES….part 2
Text: 2 Timothy 3:16
16: Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action), Amplified.
This teaching is going to make great impact in your life if you can follow it to the later. We understand from this passage that every scripture is God’s-breathed, this means God breathes on every verse of the Bible, it means every verse of the Bible has the life of God. It is so because it is a one way God reaches out to man, through his word.
Many people do not know that all that they need to go through life is in the word of God, God meets our needs through his word. Any kind of need can be met through the verses of the scriptures.
Let me come out this way: man was made from dust, look at it here; Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Man without God’s breathe is mere statute, it is God’s breathe that makes us living beings, it is that same breathe that the Bible is talking about here in 2 Timothy 3:16, the breathe that keeps a man alive is the same upon every scripture.
No wonder Jesus said in Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. This means since it is God’s breathe that keeps man alive, if any man wants more of that life he must feed on what contains life, and that is the word of God.
Some people think God is only concern about their spiritual life, their making heaven, he is not saying anything about their prosperity on Earth, they do not know that the Bible contains scriptures that will make them prosper, I discovered one many years ago and it brought about a significant change in my financial status.
Look at it here: 1 Chronicles 4:40 And they found rich, good pasture, and the [cleared] land was wide, quiet, and peaceful, because people of Ham had dwelt there of old [and had left it a better place for those who came after them]. Amplified. I encountered the life in this passage, the Holy Spirit interpreted it to me, and my prayer point was, ‘ Lord let me find rich, good pasture, take me to a peaceful land, there was a transformation in a short while after the discovery.
There are scriptures that will transform your business, your finances, scriptures that will open mega doors for you, scriptures that will bring mega breakthroughs. I will share more in the course of this teaching, the main point here is that the word of God will bring life into your finances if you can discover it and believe it. God bless you.
