Prevailing Voice Daily 19th September

PREVAILING VOICE DAILY
19th September
Topic : REVELATION FROM PSALMS….part 6
Text: Psalms 100:2,3
2: Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3: Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
I started explaining the phrase, ‘ the sheep of his pasture ‘ in part 5, God recognizing us as his sheep provided pasture for us, he wants us to live satisfied, comfortable, and there are provisions for our satisfaction.
The Psalmist said in Psalm 23, ‘ …he made me to lie down in green pastures..’ you see pasture coming up again, that is talking about the provisions God has made for you, Jesus, speaking in the Lord’s prayer, said, ‘ give us this day our daily bread ‘, he didn’t say your bread, but our bread, because he knows that God has prepared it for us.
The Psalmist said, ‘ I shall not want ‘, because he was sure of the provisions in stock for him ‘. It is like a son who realized that his rich father has great wealth in stock for him, and he is sure he can’t run out of supply.
If you must enjoy these provisions God has made for you, you must come to the consciousness of the fact that there are provisions made for you by God on this Earth, the understanding of this truth is the beginning of enjoying the provisions, the scarcity you’re experiencing now does not negate the fact that there are great provisions for you.
Can I shock you? Those provisions are meant for this world, they are meant for your consumption on this Earth, you can’t take them to heaven, it will also surprise you to know that God will not be happy to see you suffer in lack after he has made such a great provision for you.
Poverty and lack are not criterias to make heaven, Abraham was wealthy and God called him his friend, can I shock you again? Lack and want are not part of the kingdom lifestyle, how do I know? Luke 22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. Even Jesus’ disciples, 12 of them, were not living in lack. He did not train them by starving them, in fact, he didn’t place them on fasting.
It is important you know also that the devil does not spend money either, so, the provisions are meant for you, the problem you have is your ability to discover, let me show you one scripture that transformed my life, when I discovered it, I shut the door against myself and prayed seriously, I hope you will be able to do the same: 1 Chronicles 4:40 And they found rich, good pasture, and the [cleared] land was wide, quiet, and peaceful..’ Amp.
May you find rich, good pasture, May you discover your place of prosperity.
PRAYER.
* As we wait upon the Lord today, ask the Lord to show you your place of prosperity.
* Help me Lord to find rich, good pasture in the name of Jesus.
* Lack is not my portion.
