Topic: THE CHEMISTRY OF WORDS AND LIFE.
Text: Matthew 8:9.
9: For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
Everything in existence is under authority, there is an authority that makes circumstances to be. Nothing exists without words. I can prove this by scriptural and circular knowledge.
BY SCRIPTURAL KNOWLEDGE
* John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
3: All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. God pronounced words to make all that he made (things God made)
SECULAR KNOWLEDGE. (things made by man)
* There is nothing made by man without a procedure, table, chair, book, etc all are made by procedures which are explained in words either written or spoken. That’s the reason you get manual for products you buy, the manual contains instructions/words about the product.
Words that compel things to be definitely carry authority. circumstances and situations are products of words. A breech of procedure (words) can lead to unfortunate occurrence which most times we call accident. Accident is simply the product of a procedure that is breeched.
When the Centurion (a commander of 100 soldiers) said to Jesus, ‘ I am a man under authority ‘, as a military man he has seen outcome of authoritative words many times, he must have seen a man standing 5 minutes earlier dropped dead because a higher authority gave command (spoken words) that led to his death.
If the authority exercised over your life is in your favour you will see things going well for you, vice versa.
Let me pause here with this scripture: Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Life response to words because it was made by words.
Two categories of words with authority:
1, Command by higher authority.
It will shock you to know that your life is under authority, everything that happens to you are products of authority given by the someone (divine of human).
Let me come out this way; have you observed that sometimes you don’t just understand the way things are going, it’s simply because your life is responding to commands given to it. Such commands bring unpleasant experience, until you either speak words of authority through prayer or an anointed person speak to your life to stop such experience the situation will remain the same.
2, The lectures/teachings you had over the years. A lawyer is someone who has given his time to study law, so, he became a lawyer because he studied law. If the same person had studied medicine he would have been a doctor.
You are what you are by what you have learnt, studied, instructions you have been given over the years and since instructions are words you’re made by words.
Who you were, who you are, what you experience and what you will be are all functions of the words spoken to your life over the years. Tomorrow, I will discuss how to control circumstances. God bless you.
