Topic: THE FAITH OF THE CENTURION …part 5
Text: Matthew 8:10.13.

10: When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
13: And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

If you have been following you will admit that this series has been a blessing. Let me starts here by saying Faith attracts Grace, how do I mean? When men exercise faith God releases grace.

Grace is what heaven releases to meet our needs, when we pray with faith God releases grace to solve our problems. Let me drop a scripture to buttress this: Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.

Faith is therefore the channel through which blessings flow. When faith is not in place is synonymous to breaking the channel through which blessings flow. That is the reason Jesus did emphasize faith in his sermons. It occurs to me like God will do nothing without faith.

Losing faith is breaking the channel Through which God sends blessings to your life. God releases grace that brings solutions to our problems when we connect to the grace by our faith. It is possible that grace is released and yet miracle is not received when faith is not connected to grace made available.

Hear what Jesus said in John 10:41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward… He said that because a prophet carries grace and anyone who connects to the grace the prophet carries receives blessings.

The Centurion didn’t only believe that Jesus carries grace, but also the source of grace. Hear what said John said about Jesus in John 1:16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
17: For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

The Centurion knew that grace to solve all kinds of problem is available in Jesus and all he needed is to connect by faith. It takes faith to receive from grace, and grace comes through Jesus.

Grace react to every action of faith because faith naturally attracts grace. Acts of faith are loud in heaven, time will fail me to prove this. Let me stop here for now. I hope to talk about our believe system. God bless you.
