Prevailing Voice Daily 2nd February 2021

2nd February, 2021
Text: Psalms 34:1KJV

1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

In part two we emphasized that one of the reason God’s praise should be endless is that he is the endless God. Today we want to discuss further why God’s praise should be endless.

Beloved as we began a new month in this journey of the year 2021, we must cultivate the habit of praising God at all times.

Another reasons why God’s praise should be endless in our mouth is that his praise is endless in heaven.

The angels in heaven, the twenty four elders and the four beast in heaven praises God continually without ceasing, all the host of heaven sings his praise all day long saying Holy holy is the Lord God Almighty, the whole is filled with his glory according to Isaiah 6:2-3

“Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.”

And Revelation 11:16-17

“And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.”

The heavenly bodies have one thing in common in that they praise God all day long without ceasing, to them times and happenings are of no essence in the offering of praise to God.

Even the saints in heaven, who have been redeem by the blood of the lamb will not be left out as they also join the host of heaven in endless praise to God according to Revelation 7:9-10

“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.”

Beloved, if we pray the Lord’s prayer that “God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven”, then his praise too should be endless on earth in our hearts and mouths as it is endless in heaven. God bless you, Happy New Month.
