Text: Psalms 29:2.
2: Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
Giving thanks to God is in measures, the Lord takes delight in a grateful heart. God watches out for gratitude in our hearts.
The statement ‘ Glory is due to His name ‘ is like when someone says ‘ amount due for payment ‘. Many times we forget pains when we are relieved, if we can use the amount of zeal with which we pray in time of needs to give God thanks, it will be glorious.
If God has seen us through this great year, this eventful year, the year that the world will never forget, a year that Nigerians will remember for long, Let’s give Him the glory that is due to his name.
