Topic: SUPPLY OF NEEDS.
Text: Philippians 4:19.
19: And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. NLT.
The Christians at Philippi have been used by God to meet the needs of Apostle Paul, he testified in verse 15 they were the only set of people that sent help to him when he first brought good news ; look at it here: As you know, you Philippians were the only ones who gave me financial help when I first brought you the Good News and then traveled on from Macedonia. No other church did this.
Verse 19 was a prayer point from his heart; he needed financial help for the purpose of the gospel and he they showed up on time, Paul felt their assistance as it was right on time.
Paul must have been in critical need in the course preaching the gospel, his help came from God through the Philippians, so he prayed a heart felt prayer point for them.
I see Paul saying, ‘ the same God who through you supply my needs shall meet all your needs. Their financial commitment to kingdom advancement led to the blessing from the man of God.
God honoured the words of Apostle Paul many times certainly his prayer for the Philippians was answered.
WHAT IS THE LESSON HERE?
Kingdom advancement needs money and God is committed to meeting the needs of everyone who is committed to his works. It was financial assistance they gave Paul but Paul prayed for the supply of all their needs.
As we play financial role in advancing the kingdom God is committed to meeting all our needs. If you have been spending your money for the purpose of the Gospel you can be sure that your sacrifices are sweet smelling savour before the Lord.
Your breakthrough is on the way, keep giving. God bless you.

* My God shall supply all my needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
