Topic: GOD’S RESPONSE TO OUR DIFFICULTIES.
Text: Matthew 11:28.
28: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
God feels our pains and our stress especially when we pray. He knows where our strength and might fail us, he knows about the things that trouble us, as a caring God and father he makes provisions to solve our problems.
If you’re a student of the Bible you will observe that in all ages God has always made supernatural provisions for people in every generation.
He used Moses to deliver his people in his generation, Joshua manifested the supernatural power of God to liberate people in his generation.
Elijah appeared to be a problem solver as people locate him for all kinds of needs.
Elisha positioned himself to take the double portion of anointing on his master, he was light to his generation.
God makes provisions to reach people in every generation, he does that by raising a man or a channel where his people can encounter the supernatural.
Jesus came and he was announced by the demonstration of the raw power of God. Many were liberated through him, before Jesus came there was a pool of healing for the people called Pool of Bethesda in John 5, look at verse 3: In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. It was provision of divine intervention to the need of the people.
God always make sure provision in a way to
attention to spiritual cases among people.
In contemporary time he has raised and empowered men to meet the needs of his people. God gives grace to his men to be channels of blessings to his people.
