Topic: IT’S THE LORD’S GLORY….Part 5
Text: Psalms 3:1-8KJV
1 Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. 2 Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
3 But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
4 I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill.
In part four, we discussed how to ascribe glory to God which includes not giving any place for the devil to take glory and also enthroning God.
Today we want to conclude on this topic and we focus on what happens when God takes all the glory.
When God takes all the glory two major things will happen:
* Man is Blessed: When God takes all the glory in a man’s life, he turns around the ugly situation and brings out the beauty of that life, no wonder Ecclesiastes 3:11 says
God makes all things beautiful in his time.
When beauty comes, the glory of such life is manifested and such is worthy to be called a blessed man. So when God is glorified, the blessings that comes with it as a by-product becomes the portion of the man. If only you can allow God to take the glory you will never be put to shame rather you become blessed.
Devil is put to Shame: When God takes the glory, the shame prepared by the devil for that man goes back to the devil. And so rather for man to suffer shame, the devil carries his shame while the man is blessed because God is glorified. I decree every shame the enemy has prepared for you shall go back to them in Jesus Name.
Beloved, let God take the glory over every sphere of your life and over every situation you go through in life, because when he does, he will glorify himself, beautify your life and cover the enemy with shame. God bless you.
PRAYER:
* Father, take all the glory, let the shame be to the devil and let the blessings be mine in Jesus Name.
