Text: Roman 10:17.
17: So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Since God is the lifter of men, he is responsible for the rising of men, how do I know? 1 Samuel 2:8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.
God lifts men by his words, he commands, he declares, he pronounces, he give promises and prophesies. It will shock you to know that God speaks everyday, Psalms 19:2 confirms this; Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
Many people think that God is passive, they think he just watches us and does nothing, that’s not true, he speaks to our lives and destinies.
Our lives response to words and only God’s words can move us forward because his words brought life into existence; John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Human lives response to words, your faith in God’s words is the ticket to your next level.
Your present level might be far from what God’s word says but it doesn’t negate the fact that God’s word can come to pass in your life. The vehicle to your next level is faith, the difference between your present level and next level is the application of faith on the word of God, acting on God’s word is activating your next level. Let me give you an example you can relate with; if God is asking you to do something say a project of $100,000 and you don’t have $100, he simply expects you to make a move by his words not by your account balance.
Sometimes what God tells us is not anyway close our present level, but he speaks to us expecting that as we believe him our lives move from where it is to where he wants us to be.
It therefore means that our faith level determines our next level.
This is how it goes; your word level (that is access to God’s word) determines your faith level while your faith level determines your next level. God bless you.
