PREVAILING VOICE DAILY
27th October
Topic : CEASELESS PRAISE…Part 2
Texts : Psalms 34:1-3KJV

1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.

Our scriptural text above is a commitment of David to God in praise, He said the praise of God would continually be in his mouth. This should be the mindset of every child of God offering God ceaseless praise, a praise without an end because mouth cannot tell enough what God has done for us. God has done so much for us that we cannot tell it all.

More reasons why we should render to our maker the ceaseless praise are:

* God is full of mercy: Lamentation 3:22-23 says

It is of the Lord‘s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

The mercies of God is all that sustains us. Left for the devil we would have been long gone, left for the devil our lives would have been miserable but the mercies of God kept us, sustains us, brought this far and more than able to keep us to the end. Therefore we must praise him cealessly all the days of our lives.

* We are alive and not dead: Only the living can praise the Lord, the dead cannot praise God, just as the lyric of a worship song which is sang thus:

* As long as I am living,
* I will always worship you,
* I will not be silent,
* I will always worship you.

Psalms 150:6 says let everything that has breathe praise the Lord, so everything living is meant to prasie God, in other words it’s a mandatory duty for every living thing to praise God, and so If birds of the air, the trees of the field and the fishes in the ocean obey this scripture then man has no excuse, we just must praise God without ceasing. So praise God that you are alive, praise him that you are not dead, because only the living can praise God.

PRAYER:
* Father, let not your praise cease in my mouth in Jesus Name.
