Topic : PREPARATION FOR RAPTURE
Text : 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17KJV
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Rapture is the taking away of the saint from the earth to reign with Jesus Christ at his second coming. Rapture is an event recorded in the scripture, it is not an abstract but a reality that will soon come to manifestation. As God’s children we are meant to prepare everyday for the rapture because anyone who missed the rapture will certainly regret missing it.
After the rapture there will be great tribulations (a government with terrible persecution and suffering that the world has never known) for those who remain on the earth. So no child of God should miss the rapture and we must prepare living in readiness everyday for the second coming of our Lord and Saviour. God bless you
PRAYER:
* Father, help me to be rapturable
* Father, Let nothing stop me from reigning with you in heaven
* Father, remove from me everything that is capable of making me not to be rapturable
* Lord I will not miss my crown in Jesus Name
* Lord, I will not quench by the way side, I will run this race till the end
* Father, by your grace and mercy, let me never remain here to experience the great tribulations in Jesus Name
