Text: Mark 11:23
23: For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
A carnal man believes in what he sees than what he says, but a man of faith, a spiritual man, believes what he says than what he sees. Everyone who lives his or her life base on what he sees will only achieve little in life.
Everyone who has achieved great things in life, believed what is not seen to the physical eyes. Can I shock you? Your life is not controlled by things that are seen but things that are unseen. Everyone who has invented new things in the world saw what has not been in existence and brought it into existence.
I am still trying to prove to you that what you see around you is subject to what you say, speaking against an ugly situation can reverse the situation.
Our text is the account of how Jesus dried up a fresh tree, and that amazed his disciples, they thought that it is only Jesus that could have done that, they have never seen such thing before, they were already seeing Jesus as a super being when he called them to order, they didn’t know they could also do that.
It was a tree that Jesus dried up, but now he told them that they could do more than that, they could move a mountain that is bigger than a tree. Jesus was saying that your words can move more than a tree, you can even move a mountain if you do not doubt what you say.
If you believe, what you say can control, change, affect what you see, then what you see will obey your words. Believing what you say is changing what you see, believing what you say is transforming the situations around your life. It therefore means that your experience is a function of what you say and not what you see.
Unpleasant situation can be changed by what you say, saying nothing will amount to not willing to change your situation, saying negative things to your life will amount to worsening situations around your life.
I encourage you to transform your life by saying positive things to your life using the name of Jesus. God bless you.
