Topic: THE MASTER PLAN FOR YOUR HOME…part 3
Text : Isaiah 54:12,13
12: And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.
13: And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
Parents get to a point in life where a good percentage of their resources and time is dedicated to building glorious future for their children. When they get to that stage their thoughts and meditations are basically about their children.
I just want to share with you here the master plan for your children, before then I will like you to know that everyone who is careful to know and live in accordance to the will and desires of God for his or her life, God is also mindful about the things that bothers him.
God knows you cherish you children, and he is committed to giving them bright future, our walk with God does not only bring blessings to us, but also on our children, the covenant of service covers our children.
My emphasis here is verse 13: And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children. God is committed to teaching our children his words and his ways, let me expatiate the word ‘ TAUGHT ‘. This is really deep, let me just do an introduction here; many people have missed great things in life because they are not taught the way to go.
You hear the Psalmist say several times that, ‘ teach me thy ways, oh Lord ‘, the greatest tragedy that can befall a man is for him to miss his way in life: when he loses focus of destiny.
God is committed to giving our children direction in life, direction in choice of career, life partners, journey to their destinies. We can and should help them understand the mind of God and the plans of God for their lives.
Every child has a great destiny in God, the stubborn child has a great destiny, the one who appears dull has a glorious destiny, the one that is always falling sick has a colourful destiny, the one born out of wedlock has a destiny, the one that is arrogant has a glorious destiny.
I have a friend who appeared stubborn in those days in school, he told me then he was the only person that is not born again in his family, in fact, that prevented his parents from taking position of workers in their church as it was part of the criteria to be a worker in the church. God touched him in the process of time, he is doing well, serving God in the United States now, he is now a worker in that same church now, he became a blessing to the family and pride of the family as well.
Every child has a glorious destiny, guide he or she into the will of God for his or her life. God bless you.

* By your Spirit oh Lord, teach my children the way they should go in life in Jesus name.
