Topic: FINANCIAL FORTUNE
Text: Job 22:23-27
23: If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.
24: Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.
25: Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.
27: Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
The Bible is the book of life, it discusses all issues of life. It will interest you to know that God is interested in all aspects of your life, your finances inclusive. When Jesus was speaking in John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. He meant giving his people abundant life and that abundant life includes financial fortune.
Jesus understands money is needed for anyone to have abundant life. Some people think God is just concern about their spiritual well being and nothing else, God is concerned about anything that will make you live your life well and enjoy it.
God does not want you to be stranded, to live in debt or poverty, poverty is not part of the kingdom’s attribute, poverty has nothing to do with God, poverty is evil. God doesn’t train anyone with poverty, please don’t believe the lie of the devil.
My assignment here is to share with you from the light of the scriptures how to enjoy this financial fortune I am talking about, just follow me as I explain our text;
Look at verse 23 of our passage in New Living Translation: If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored— so clean up your life. Take note of 3 things here; 1, RETURN 2, RESTORED 3, CLEAN UP, as you return to God you will be restored into financial fortune, you probably what to asked; what if I have never experienced financial fortune. The truth is that you were originally made with financial fortune, you’re not made with poverty, you are not suppose to be stranded, God never sent you to this world to suffer. So, if you return to your maker, he will return this financial fortune that sin has deprived you of.
For you to continue to enjoy this financial fortune number 3 must come to place in your life, you gat to clean up your life, no shady deals, no fraudulent transactions, don’t steal anyone’s money, be faithful, committed and upright. CLEAN UP YOUR LIFE.
Someone might want to ask; How does this passage of the bible relate to Financial Fortune? You just look at verse 25: Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. Silver connotes money.
