PREVAILING VOICE DAILY
8th February
Topic: RAISING MEN…part 1.
Text: Judges 11:4-7.

4: Then Jephthah fled from his brethren, and dwelt in the land of Tob: and there were gathered vain men to Jephthah, and went out with him.
5: And it was so, that when the children of Ammon made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to fetch Jephthah out of the land of Tob:
6: And they said unto Jephthah, Come, and be our captain, that we may fight with the children of Ammon.

The inspiration we get in course of writing PREVAILING VOICE DAILY is sometimes like fire in our bones, no wonder it is making such degree of impact, we already have readers from not less than 80 countries of the world. Glory to God.
I have taken time to do teaching on the topic: RAISED TO BLESS, you can also turn it the other way round; BLESSED TO RAISE, I consider it necessary, and coupled with the fact that the Holy Spirit is leading me to do so, to do teaching on how to raise men.
You see beloved, a careless person handles some important issues of life with levity, from the teaching RAISED TO BLESS, you will understand that some people’s destinies are in your hands, God has raised you to be a blessing to many. God expects that some people’s destinies around you should not suffer because of what he has deposited in you. Let me give you an example you can relate with; if you’re blessed financially, someone around should not die in poverty, someone around you should not die of sickness you have ability to pay it bill for treatment, a child around you should not be out of school if you have capacity to send such to school.
Everyone who will fulfil his or her destiny must carefully give attention to raising people around him, the only way some people can believe that God exist is through you, there are some people that will not be saved through the preaching of the greatest preacher, but through you. When you help people they see it like God has sent you to them and they give glory back to God, this is exactly what Jesus meant when he said, ‘ Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16.
People’s hearts draw near to God, when they receive help through your good works, they feel like they are not forgotten by God. If you have ever been in desperate need of help, how do you feel when you receive help suddenly? And of course, you feel neglected when help refuse to come. God wants to bring smiles to the faces of people through your good works, it is absolutely important you give attention to people you have been destined to help.
You can’t be this blessed and someone is starving, I can’t be this blessed with the knowledge of the word of God and someone is dying in ignorance and erroneous teachings.
I am just laying foundation here; in this series of teaching I will be discussing practical ways you can raise people, I just want to give you an assignment here; look around carefully for those you have been destined to help, if time permits I will explain the phrase ‘ DESTINED TO HELP ‘, but this is the first step; look around for those God has committed their destinies in your care by blessing you to reach out to them. I will explain our text in part 2. God bless you.
PRAYER.
* Oh Lord, help me to give attention to details of what you have destined me to do.
