Topic: SATANIC DEVICE….Part 2

25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.

In part 1, we discussed that one active strategy of the devil against any man is to deposit seed of destruction into a man. Today we want to consider some biblical examples and how the seed operates in them.
This satanic device which is liken to a timed bomb, could be silent and not easily noticed in the person until it is been provoked to manifestation or an avenue arise where it manifest itself. A good biblical example to explain this is Moses. Moses was a great man with meekness but one thing in him that almost rubbish his years of service and walk with God was anger.
In Genesis 22:11-22, Moses’ anger was provoked when he saw an Egyptian fighting a Jew, he eventually killed the Egyptian and fled for his life, In Exodus 32, Moses was also provoked to anger when he saw the Israelites celebrating and worshiping a golden calf which Aaron made for them from the jewelries. Moses was seriously angry that he used the two tablets of commanded that God gave him after 40 days with God on the mountain to destroy the golden calf image.
In Numbers 20, Moses was provoked to anger again by the Israelites but this time, the anger made him not to carry out God’s instruction as expected by God and that mark the beginning of the end of Moses’ ministry. It was so serious for Moses that devil contended with the angel of God for the body of Moses in Jude verse 9 “Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee”.
Another example to consider is Samson (Judges 13-16), a nazarite unto God, anointed from his mother’s womb and called to begin the deliverance of Israel from the Philistines. One thing in him that ended his life and purpose untimely was lust. As anointed as Samson was, there was a seed of lust in him and his careless about this evil seed made Delilah to rubbish his ministry and purpose, such that Samson’s only prayer before he died was that God should give him strength to die with his enemies.
Beloved, don’t be ignorant of the devices of the devil like Moses and Samson, deal with every satanic deposit in your life before the devil use them to finish you. Pray for God’s mercy and ask God to destroy every satanic deposit in your life today. God bless you.

* Father, let your fire consume every seed planted by the enemies in my life in Jesus Name.
