25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
The scriptures admonish us not to be ignorant of the devices of the devil and today by God’s grace we want to consider one of the active weapon of the devil against any man.
Our scriptural text “But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way“, explains a very potent strategy of the devil against men. This strategy is planting a seed of destruction into a man, after which the enemy goes on his own way. It is an active strategy because the enemy does not need to stick around his target, he keeps a distance once he has successfully deposited his seed of destruction in his target. And so it may appear the enemy is far away and not close by but really he is very much around monitoring from a distance.
This satanic device is like a timed bomb, planted somewhere with a programmed time of explosion, when such is planted, the enemy who planted it goes far away from the environment keeping a tab on the time of explosion, and when the time clocks the environment that appears peaceful becomes devastated and destroyed. I decree whatever seed of destruction the devil planted in your life shall be uprooted by fire today in Jesus Name.
Beloved, don’t be ignorant of this satanic device, take a careful look at your life and family, carefully observe by the help of the Holy spirit those things (e.g habit, strange happenings e.t.c) planted by the enemy and address them in prayer. Jesus said in Matthew 15:13 that “Every plant which my heavenly Father has not planted shall be rooted up“. God bless you.
