Topic: THE BLESSINGS OF GOD
Text: Proverbs 10:22KJV

22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

We live each day desiring blessings upon our lives, our homes, our works and businesses, certainly receiving blessings is a good thing that can happen to any life. Living without being blessed will seem like the fellow is ill lucked and he/she is all alone in this life by himself/herself, but when such receives blessings it indicates he/she is not forgotten but remembered. Working and labouring in business without blessings can make life miserable, it will certainly appear to everyone as if the person is cursed, such will work like an elephant and eat like ant, I decree that such will not be your portion in Jesus Name. So without any doubt blessing is good and everyone desires and seeks for it.
The big question is where do you seek blessings from? I see a lot of young men doing business but they aspire to get rich at all cost caringless how it comes.
Beloved, if you seek blessings from a fellow man, such blessings comes with limitation because no man can bless you beyond his capacity, it also may likely come with ridicule as he may sing it in your ears that you couldn’t have become somebody without him and of course, such blessing most times do not come free of charge, he/she may demand a greater sacrifice or favour from you in return.
Seeking blessings from the devil certainly is the worst because he takes something precious in return, devil has no free gift and ultimately, whatever blessings received from the devil would certainly end in sorrow and destruction, so beloved, don’t go there at all. Rather, seek blessing from God, who gives to all men liberally, his blessings makes rich and has no sorrow attached. God will not give you what will destroy you. In Jeremiah 29:11 God says he knows what he has for you, thoughts of good and not of evil to give you an expected end.
Beloved, as I conclude take note of the following points about the blessings of God.
* Whatever God has not given you, don’t aspire to get it at all cost.
* Trust God always for his blessings
* Wait for God’s time, he makes all things beautiful in his time. God bless you

* Father, surround me with your blessings all though this year in Jesus Name.
