PREVAILING VOICE DAILY
21st September
Topic: REVELATION FROM PSALMS…part 7.
Text: Psalms 100:2,3
2: Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3: Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Each time I go through feedback we get from readers of PREVAILING VOICE DAILY, I smile giving glory to God, it is obvious that God is touching lives and renewing destines through this platform, and that is the reason we give attention to what the Holy Spirit is saying per massage.
Still on DISCOVERING PASTURE. I have established the fact that God made provisions for everyone, using the phrase ‘ the sheep of his pasture ‘, what is the usefulness of provisions that is made but cannot be accessed? It is God’s responsibility to make provision, it is your responsibility to discover and enjoy the provision that has been made.
Everyone in life is given the ability to be successful, that ability given by God is your success tool, it leads to your green pasture, as you use it, you will find rich, good pastures.
God has a plan for everyone’s destiny, and as you walk in line with your destiny, you will find pastures. Let me help you with these examples; you know Christiano Ronaldo, world best footballer for 3 or 4 times now, if he had taken up another career he might not be known and prosperous as he is now. Bishop T D Jakes, founder of The Porter’s House, was one time referred to as the greatest preacher in the world because of his message of hope for the hopeless. He is an African American who discovered his destiny and is making impact all of the world. If probably he had taken up another career he wouldn’t have attained that height of success.
Everyone doing excellently well in life first discovered destiny and walks in line with it. The question is how do you discover destiny? Or locate your pasture? The answer is simple; remember that we are the sheep of his pasture, now look at this John 10:3,4
To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4; And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
As we stay with the shepherd, he gives us instructions about our lives and destinies. Intimate relationship with the shepherd, God, brings you to a point you can recognize his voice, and you will understand him as he gives you direction.
Look at John 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. This is Jesus speaking, he knows the problem with people is strange voices, strange suggestions, strange decisions, but as you stay with God, he leads you to take decisions that will make you fulfill your destiny. God bless you.
PRAYER.
* Help me Lord to understand and yield to your leading.
