Topic: WHILE MEN SLEPT…part 6

35: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
We give God all the glory for inspiration and revelation through his word, I have taken time to explain what happens while men sleep, and how to stay awake in the spirit, I want to discuss the events that take place when your spirit is awake and in terms with the Holy Spirit.
The first point I want to make here is this: the Holy Spirit is the one that keeps our spirit awake, no one can stay awake without the Holy Spirit, so it is absolutely important you build cordial relationship with the Holy Spirit through holy living and regular devotion.
When you are awake in the spirit the Holy Spirit communicates with your spirit, look at this scripture Romans 8:16: The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
It is important you understand how the Holy Spirit communicates with your spirit, Holy Spirit doesn’t not leave us in the dark, there is light on our path even in trying times when we are awake, you can be sure of divine direction when you’re awake in the spirit. God does speaks, it is your responsibility to be available to hear.
He ministers through his word, it is important you give attention to studying the Bible, as you devote time to meditating on his word, your thoughts and actions are influenced by the Holy Spirit and at this point you can be sure of taking right steps in your endeavors.
The Holy Spirit also ministers to us via revelation, visions and dreams, your eyes will be opened to see somethings you need to know, there are some deep things that are hidden from the physical eyes, it is only the Holy Spirit that can make them known. Staying awake in the spirit enables you to discover some secrets about your life and people around you.
In my formal church many years ago the Holy Spirit open my eyes, I saw many children dead, when I got to church I informed the senior pastor of the church, and all the children in the church were anointed, just about 5 days later there was a tragedy in an area not too far from the church, there was serious fire explosion in the course of road construction around the area near a public primary school hundreds of children died according to report.
The Holy Spirit prevents us from evil, give us direction so that we will not enter into trouble, the Holy Spirit ministers to us by speaking to our spirits, through word of knowledge and word of wisdom, both reveals secrets, you can be in a gathering and receive word that describes the situation of someone.
As you wait in prayer and worship you will understand the leading of the Holy Spirit. God bless you.
