Topic: FAITH REALM ( part 3 )
Text: Hebrews 11:33-35
33: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.
34: Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
35: Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
More explanations on the topic FAITH REALM, in part 2 I shared how one can bring to manifestation what has not manifested. Our passage today shows exploits men of old did through faith, and they were men of like passion as we are, all they did is to log in to the realm of faith.
They lived their lives based on the faith I am sharing here, they weren’t seeing things from the perspective of men but God, let me say here that faith is connecting to God to make the impossibility possible.
Look at this scripture; Luke 1:37 For WITH God nothing shall be impossible. This is what it means; anyone WITH God can make the impossibility possible, David WITH God killed lion, beer and Goliath, Daniel was WITH God and he couldn’t be eaten by lions, Apostles with God did great signs and wonders.
Look at this scripture also Acts. 10:34 And Peter opened his mouth and said: Most certainly and thoroughly I now perceive and understand that God shows no partiality and is no respecter of persons ( Amplified). So if God do it for some people He can do it for you, your race, your tribe, your color, your level of education, your achievement, none is a requirement but your faith, that is what God honors. You will notice that this statement was common with Jesus, ‘ oh men of little faith..’ He did say it to rebuke his disciples and His listeners, He feels disturbed when men can’t exercise their faith in God.
Jesus went to where he was born to perform some miracles; probably heal their sick people, make their blind see, but they relegated him, look at it here; Mark 13:57,58 And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and in his own house. And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief. He couldn’t help them much because of their faithlessness.
An hopeless man is not helpless because of his problems, but because of his faithlessness. Faithlessness ruins a man, even at the verge of his breakthrough he gives up easily. You will do yourself great harm if you judge your life by what you have been through or what you are going through. Switch to FAITH REALM where you trust God for anything no matter what happens. God bless you.
