Topic: IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE
Text : 1 Corinthians 15:52
52: In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the [sound of the] last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [in Christ] will be raised imperishable (free and immune from decay), and we shall be changed (transformed).
I want to start by saying God has time table for this world. The present time we are was prophesied by Jesus, in Matthew 24 Jesus spoke extensively about this time, talking about signs of the end, time will fail me to talk about that here, the focus here is the event in THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE.
This is crucial because it can take place at any time from now, several things will follow this event, it is one significant event in eternity, it will be too sudden, the whole world will tremble at this event, the world will experience colossal loss by this event, it is one event heaven and hell await.
Look at this; For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:14,15
In the twinkling of an eye, God will come to take His people, the trumpet will sound, money will be valueless, your certificates will be worthless, in the twinkling of an eye your house or houses will not be useful, in the twinkling of an eye, calamity will come upon the world, there will be disappearances of the saints both adult and children, wife will be taken and husband left vice versa, if the pilot of an aircraft is a saint, he will disappear and the plane will crash, there will be great casualties, the whole world will wail, the Lord will pick up His people and leave the world to destruction.
Beloved, as from that moment forward, the richest man will be helpless and miserable because money will not be needed, your academic qualifications will fail, great, great calamities will come upon this world. The governing system of every nation will fail because the anti- Christ, the beast will take over.
If you can’t go with the rapture you will weep forever, grace will no longer be available, by then, God will no longer show mercy, no matter how anyone cries. I know by the grace of God when the trumpet sounds, and God comes to take His own, I won’t be Africa, or US, UK, you won’t find me in any part of the world, I will be in sky going to reign with God forever, what about you?
Missing the rapture is the greatest tragedy of all times, it better you remain poor in life that to miss the rapture, it is better you had not been educated that to miss the rapture, oooh it is better for a man to suffer throughout his lifetime on earth than to miss the rapture. I will continues next Friday.
PRAYER.
* Save my soul Lord and remove anything that will disqualify me from being rapturable in Jesus name.
