Topic: THE MEETING POINT
Text : 1kings 19: 7-21
8 And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.
11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but theLord was not in the earthquake:
12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
13 And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here Elijah?
There is a point where mortal being meets the immoral God, God makes Himself available when man is ready to meet Him, like Elijah in our text, everyone who seeks Him found Him.
This is the point the supernatural being meets with natural man, a spirit being meets with canal man, the process is simplify separating sometime to seek His face. God is very clear about this in Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. He is not a liar, everyone who seeks Him finds Him.
Those who find Him never remain the same, the reason is because they connect with the supernatural God, they touched the supernatural so they have access to supernatural power, supernatural grace, and so they are bound to experience supernatural things. All that God expects from you is that you create time to seek Him, wait in His presence, there He is set to mold your life and turn things around, bring the best out of you.
