Topic: THE PATH OF DESTINY Part 1
Text: Isaiah 30:21 KJV
21- And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
Life on earth is a journey in different views and perspectives. Naturally life is a journey from infant to adulthood, from birth to death e.t.c Beyond the natural views it a journey from earth (Kingdom of man) to heaven (Kingdom of God) or Hell fire (Kingdom of devil). It is also a journey to destiny or a path to destiny.
God created everyone on earth with a purpose or destiny. No man is born without a purpose or destiny from his creator, so the journey of life on earth among many things is a journey of destiny or a path of destiny. Some few biblical examples of men with assigned purpose or destiny from God are:
- Moses: To bring Israel out of Egypt, the land of bondage (Exodus 3:9-10)
- Jeremiah: To be a Prophets unto nations to build, to destroy, to plant and to uproot kingdoms (Jeremiah 1:5-10)
- Samson: To begin the deliverance of Israel from the Philistines (Judges 13:1-5)
- Joshua: To divide (allocate) the lands that God promised the children of Israel to them as inheritance (Joshua 1:5-6)
Having understood this, it is therefore important to discover or identify your purpose or destiny first before you can journey on the right path of destiny. Take note that you need God to identify and discover your true destiny through prayer, study of His words and a closer walk or relationship with Him. God bless you
PRAYER:
* Father, help me to know your true purpose for my life in Jesus Name
* Father, I will not live a wasted life on earth in Jesus Name.
