Topic: THE LABOUR OF THE RIGHTEOUS
Text : Isaiah 3:1-11
Isaiah 3:10 Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
Isaiah 3:11 Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
There are differs ways to make money and they are classified into legal and illegal ways, righteous and unrighteous means. Dishonest gain is not a blessing but a curse, we are in a generation where people don’t mind the source of money they get, they just want to get money.
Where you have to make someone cry or sober for you to get money it is an unrighteous way and it doesn’t not bring blessing. $10 from good source is better than #1,000 from bad source, God is does not bless the labour and proceeds from unrighteousness but He is committed to blessing labour and proceeds of the righteous.
From our passage He said and I quote ‘ Isaiah 3:10 Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.’ I see God saying ‘ look for the righteous, tell him not worry , it shall be well with him, evil shall not befall him, I am committed to blessing him, he shall not labour in vain ‘.
God does not handle matters and issues of a righteous man with levity, how do I know?
Psalms 34:15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. Resolve not to be part of the unrighteousness in your society unrighteous ways of making money, it attracts curse not blessing. It pays to be righteous, the labour of the righteous receives blessing from God and if you want your labour blessed you gat to be righteous. God bless you . Do have a prosperous week.
