Topic: STRAIGHTEN YOUR PATH
Text : Isaiah 45:1-25
Isaiah 45:2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
Isaiah 45:3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
No one enjoys his or her journey on a rough road, when road is bad, movement is usually slow, journey will not be sweet, vehicles will be prone to mechanical fault.
It is important you know that life is a journey, and of course journey to eternity, death is the exit to eternity, either hell or heaven.
The things you go through in life tell how smooth or how rough your path in life is, hard and challenging times are clear indications that one is passing through a rough road, let me share one of my life’s experiences: things were not really going well at a particular time in my life, there was struggle for surviver, in the midst of all that I had a dream that , I was journeying on a bike ( motor cycle ), someone was riding me to work, he was taking me through the normal route I take to work but the road was rough, there were several pot holes, and as much as we try to avoid them we enter in one or the other.
The dream was the exact picture of what I was going through, I knew I gat work to do spiritually, it means those challenges are coming from the spirit realm. When you are going through hard and challenging times, you gat work to do spiritually, the root is from the Spirit. Strategies, planning and other mental approach will only do little , you gat to deal with the root .
Some people remain in problem for a long time because they feel it is part of life, they say ‘ I’m not the only one having problem everyone does ‘ that kind of mindset keeps one in problem for a long time. Whoever wants solution will take the bull by it horns and say ‘ ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ‘ , such a fellow will fire prayer to clear his route in the Spirit realm so that he can enjoy his life. PRAYER.
* It is another day to wait upon the Lord in fasting and prayer, do observe it to clear your way in the spirit realm.
* Lord make the crooked places of my life straight.
* I log out of hard and challenging times.
* Establish every good step of mine oh Lord.
* I receive divine settlement from all struggles.
