3- Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Teamwork is often considered a business or secular concept, but beyond business or secular world, it is a spiritual concept. For the purpose of understanding, Teamwork is defined as the willingness of a group of people to work together to achieve a common aim. A lot of job seekers or employed personnel write in their resume that “They are good team player”. The question is, if teamwork is so valued in our job, that we want our employers to know that we are good team players, what about our homes and families?
Our scriptural text above and many other speak about teamwork. For example Ecclesiastes 4:9 says “Two are better than one ; because they have a good reward for their labour….”. The story of the building of tower of Babel in Genesis 11 also points out clearly that when teamwork is in place their is no impossibility (Read Genesis 11:6).
Dearly beloved, the importance of teamwork cannot be over emphasized, as you journey with your spouse, children and family in 2017, let there be teamwork. Set goals and target for your family for the year in all aspect of life, physically, spiritually e.t.c and let everyone (husband, wife and children) work collectively to achieve the common goals. As you do, you will receive the backup of heaven and no devil will be able to stop your home in Jesus Name. Please note, don’t neglect your children in this, carry them along because they are part of the team and you will be surprised what God can do through the little ones. God bless you

Father, help me and my home to work as a team beginning from now in Jesus Name.
