Text. : Proverbs 19:1-19
Proverbs 19:17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
Proverbs 28:27 He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
God rules over the earth, He gives riches to some to assist others. God delegates wealth to some people to help distribute among those who do not have. Some people uttermost desire is to get about $300 to start a petty business, being through poverty, they know what to do with it that will continually put food on their table.
Life will become better to some if they get what some people use for utility a month once as a life earning. Not minding what others go through is satanic, living selfish flamboyant life is against God’s standard.
From our text ‘ he that hath pity upon the poor lends to the Lord ‘ it is synonymous to giving a loan to God, you definitely get more in return. It is like a rich man telling you ‘ am not around now or I don’t have access to cash now, give money to someone on my behalf I will pay back ‘. I see God saying ‘ that man is calling for some money, please give him on my behalf I will pay back ‘, and when it is time to pay back, He says ‘ good job, you deserve more ‘.
From another point of view, whatever we have is not ours, we were given by God freely, and must be ready give others freely and let them glorify God through us.
* Lord give me a liberal heart.
Proverbs 9,10
