Topic: EXPRESSING YOUR FAITH
Text. : Matthew 9:19-22
St. Matthew 9:20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
St. Matthew 9:21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
St. Matthew 9:22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
God determines what happens to us, but most times our faith is required for manifestation of His grace and power upon our lives, at many instances, Jesus did miracles in the lives of people based on their faith. Some times people think their miracles are based on the faith of the person praying for them or by the anointing of the man praying for them, that’s not out of place, but on many occasions your faith has a major role to play in obtaining miracles from God.
From our passage ‘ Daughter, be of good comfort, YOUR FAITH made thee whole ‘ in Matthew 15:28 ‘ o woman, great is YOUR FAITH: be it unto you even as thou wilt ‘. Mark 10:52 ‘…go your way, YOUR FAITH has made you whole .. ‘ in Luke 7: 50 ‘…YOUR FAITH has saved you, go in peace..’ In Luke 17:19 ‘ …arise, go in peace, YOUR FAITH has made you whole..’
You see how Jesus ministered miracles to people based on their faith, you can come out of your present unpleasant state by YOUR FAITH. Jesus said to Peter in St. Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. It is absolutely important to ensure your faith do not fail, a point where your faith fails is a dangerous point . It is important you jealously guide that faith.
Express your faith in place of prayer and you will experience miracles. God bless you.
