Text : 1 Corinthians 3:1-10KJV
5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but
ministers by whom ye believed, even as the
Lord gave to every man?
6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God
gave the increase.
7 So then neither is he that planteth any
thing, neither he that watereth; but God
that giveth the increase.
8 Now he that planteth and he that
watereth are one: and every man shall
receive his own reward according to his
own labour.
One of the key ingredients of success in life
especially in a job, a business or a ministry
is hardwork. The importance of hardwork as
a positive attitude in any area of one’s
endevour cannot be over emphasized.
Hardwork is about the first advice or
counsel you will give to anyone who comes
to you for advice on how to succeed in life.
Over time I have come to realisation that
success is beyond hardwork, something is
of primary importance to hardwork,
hardwork without it most times don’t result
to success but struggle and hard labour.
That thing is the blessings of God
From our text above, Paul was speaking to
the Corinthians about how he and Appollos
laboured over the Corinthians. He said he
has planted the gospel in them, while
Appollos watered the gospel, and God gave
the increase. Paul brought the Corinthains
to an understanding that without God their
hardwork would amount to nothing. So it is
with our life, work, business and ministry.
Dearly beloved, you can’t remove the place
of God in your work, business or ministry.
To succeed in them beyond hardwork, you
need the blessings of God which makes rich
and adds no sorrow. God bless you have a
fruitful week ahead.

* Let your blessings come upon me on
everyside in the name of Jesus.
