Topic: NOW IS THE TIME
Text: Ecclesiastes 3: 1-11 KJV
1- To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2- A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3- A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
From our bible text today, to everything there is a season, there is a time and there is a purpose. One of those time is the time to build up. Build up what? Build up your life, family, home and especially your children.
Beloved, the time to build up is now, delay might be dangerous. There is no better time to train your children in the way of the Lord than now, catch them young, bend, mold, and shape them now while its time because a time will come that they would have outgrown your tutoring and would have a mind of their own.
Never considered your little kids too young to educate them on values and issues of life, be mindful of what you do in their presence, the fact that your little baby can recognise or identify you as his or her parents from others is an indication that your baby is learning already. Invest the word of God and prayers in your home, bless your children everyday even before you enrolled them in school, occupy them with the things of God, set them on the path of righteousness from their tender age and it will amaze you how you would shut the devil out of their lives and their future. Learn from Hannah, Hannah released Samuel unto God while he was a baby (1 Samuel 1:24-28) and God turned Samuel to a mighty prophet in Israel (1 Samuel 3:19-21). So beloved, now is the time to build your home in Christ. God bless you
