Topic : POWER TO MAKE WEALTH
Text. :Deuteronomy 18:1-20
Deuteronomy 8:17 And thou say in thine
heart, My power and the might of mine
hand hath gotten me this wealth.
Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt
remember the LORD thy God: for it is he
that giveth thee power to get wealth, that
he may establish his covenant which he
sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
God determines who prospers and who
does not, He also determines when to
people prosper and when they do not. No
one has ability to determine your prosperity
but God, some people believe it is
environment, some believe it is the kind of
business you do, some believe it is the
economy of the nation they live, all these
factors are of little or no relevance to your
prosperity.
When God makes up His mind to bless a
man, he prospers even when he does a low
class business. From our passage, ‘…for it is
the Lord that gives you power to get
wealth…’, the economic situation of your
business or work environment is
immaterial, the fact is that you have been
given the power to make wealth. Your are
empowered to prosper in all circumstances.
Power has ability to compel situations, you
have been empowered to control
circumstances in your Favour. Everyone
who has given his or her life to Christ
enjoys this power and grace. To continually
be under this grace, you must not joke with
some certain things: live holy Leviticus
26:3-5, tithes and offerings Malachi 3:9,10.
