Topic: PRESSING FORWARD
Text: Phillipians 3: 11-15 KJV
12- Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
13- Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14- I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Dearly beloved, today is the last day of the our fasting and prayer tagged “16 Days of Spectacular Acts”. I know God has visited you, He has done spectacular things in your life, He has revived you, He has poured His spirit upon you, He has charged you up with His fire. Therefore, you must keep the fire burning and keep the spirit alive and growing everyday. You are not to relent hence, you may quench the spirit and the fire goes down.
Beloved, press forward toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, just as Apostle Paul said in our text for today. Remember, to whom much is given, much is expected (Luke 16:10). I pray the resources of Heaven upon your life these last 16 days will not be wasted in Jesus Name. Finally my brethren, be ye not ignorant of the devices of the devil (2 Corinthians 2:11) because he goes forth as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). I decree, you will never again be a victim in the hand of the devil in Jesus Name. God bless you
PRAYER:
* Father, help me to press forward in your grace in Jesus Name
* Lord, nothing will be strong enough to make me go back from following you in Jesus Name
* Lord, beginning from today, I receive power to do great exploit for your kingdom in Jesus Name
* Father, keep me growing higher every day in Jesus Name.
* In all areas of life, I will never have a better yesterday in Jesus Name
* Praise God for spectacular things He has done in your life
