Psalms 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Psalms 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Psalms 103:21 Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
Psalms 103:22 Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
Apart from other meanings, the usage of the word ‘Bless’ in this context potends the attitude of adoring a higher power for wonderous deeds. It is an act of appreciation. The above text says : appreciate the Lord, o
my soul, appreciating God for our lives, for great things He has done in and around our lives. Today is dedicated to blessing the Lord, expressing our gratitude for what He has done.
Do a flash back of your life, think of the time you were in need and when He made miraculous provision, when sickness threatened your body and He sent divine healing, when hope was lost, and He restored hope. he cleansed you from your sins as if you have never committed sin, He clothe you with His glory instead of shame. Appreciate Him.

* For prayer He has answered and the ones He has not answered.
* For things you understand and the ones you do not understand.
* For what He has done and for what He is going to do.
