Topic: SYNERGY (Part 1)
Text. : Proverbs 27:11-20
Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
Synergy is defined as the working together of two things to produce an effect greater than the sum of their individual effects. It is pulling force with someone else to get bigger, greater and better result. When you sum up the output of two people when they work individually is usually below the performance of two people who work unanimously.
If you have a vision, locate someone who will buy into the vision in good spirit, your business will go far, and you will do exploits when you join force with someone who can understand your vision and your dream, you guys stand the chance of outstanding performance when there is combined effort towards achieving a goal.
This may shock you; God himself solicited combined effort at two instances in Genesis, Genesis 1:26 ‘ And God said, let us make man in our image….’ Genesis 11:7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. He could have done those tasks alone, but he understands the power of synergy, you gat to partner with someone to take your business, your ministry to the next level, to see your dreams come true you need synergy.
Stop seeking self glory, individual achievement, but seek collective effort, it will transform whatever you do, even at work, be ready to cooperate with other workers, this will transform your organization, their will be greater income, and eventually your pay might be increased.
