Topic: THY WILL BE DONE
Text: Matthew 6: 1-14
St. Matthew 6:10 – Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
St. Matthew 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.
Man was made in the likeness of God, a being that has his own willpower. God has willpower and has His way in every situation. In like manner, man is created with ability to make his own choice. Every man who understands he has limitations, submit to God’s will. This is because he understands that God’s thought is higher than his.
When we pray sometimes, we do not get all we request; this is simply because God has something bigger and greater than what we request. Look at this: Ephesians 3:20 says ‘Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,’
In other words, knowing that God has greater plans for us should make us submit to His will, this is exactly what Jesus did. He was not compelled to die but rather submitted Himself to the will of God and that eventually, makes Him the King of kings and Lord of Lords, Philippians 2:8,9.
Therefore, allowing God to have His way in our lives gives us the best of the options of our lives. His thought and plans for us are great and wonderful. As we submit to His will and allow him have His way, we are bound to get the best of life. God bless you.

* Let thy will be done in my life, oh Lord.
* Give me the best of my life.
* It is another day to wait upon the Lord, endeavor to
be part of it.
