Topic: CONTINUOUS EFFORT
Text : Ecclesiastes 11: 1-10
KJV:Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.
:In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good. Ecclesiastes 11:1,6.
When effort seems not rewarded frustration sets in, but everyone who understands the principle of persistence in the course of achieving breakthrough get going. When you lose courage to continue you’re losing opportunity of victory and testimony, everyone who wins understands that victory, breakthrough, promotion don’t come cheap. Those who expect a one off victory, first target breakthrough, first approach success, initial effort promotion are easily disappointed and discouraged.
Understand that most life issues are like breaking hard nuts, they demand persistent and continuous effort, you gat to be prepared to make effort, from our text ‘In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand…’ Solomon by divine wisdom said: don’t sow in the morning and rest at evening, sow both in the morning and the evening, the reason is because you know not which of them shall prosper.
Many lost courage to continue at the verge of their breakthrough, when they were almost there they turned back, ‘PERSISTENCE’ is the key word here, once you’re sure you’re on the right track, keep getting on, don’t give up. It’s another week to make effort in the place of work, believe God to prosper your effort this week, l prophesy ‘this week shall be better than last week, God’s hand will manifest in all you do, good doors that has been shut will open this week, you shall not labour in vain. GOD BLESS YOU.’
