Topic: JUST ADDRESS IT
Text: Genesis 1: 1-10 KJV
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
I have severally take a critical look at our text today and had wondered why darkness would not naturally disappears at God’s presence
I had thought as God (the Light Himself) was present in that situation, that darkness would disappear without God doing anything, but it remained until God said “let there be light”.
Beloved the lesson to learn from here is that whatever situations or problems you don’t want in your life, you have got to just address it. I have never stop meditating what could have happened if God had not spoken? Would the darkness have remained upon the face of the deep? Would the earth have remained void? But praise be God that He spoke and light came as darkness disappeared. So I say to you whatever you don’t want just address.
A little further explanation, many a times your children would purposely do thing they knew you do not like, sometimes because they wanted to see if you would react and what would your reaction be like and you will agree with me that if you do not react or if your reaction was passive(not active enough) they would most likely do it again in your presence but if you address it once and for all they will adjust and take it that you don’t what it at all. Beloved in the same manner, devil will push things that are not good for you into your life but if you do not address it, it lingers but if you reject it out rightly and address it in the name of Jesus Christ then it disappears.
HIGH POINTS:
1. Whatever you don’t want in your life, just address it.
2. If you don’t address the situation it may lingers
3. Address it in prayer, in faith and in the name of Jesus

Address all unwanted situations in your life in prayer
