Topic ; THE FASTEST EVENT
Text ; 1 Thessalonians 4;14-18
KJV:For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
KJV:Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thess. 4; 16-18
The duration of the event is the shortest though, it has the longest range of expectation, the event itself is very very short, it has been prophesied more than 2000 years ago but yet we’re still expecting. The catching up of the saints, true believers, it’s going to be fastest and terrifying event.
* Fastest in the sense that when it will happen it will leave no second for sinners to repent, there shall be no breathing space, it’s going to be very snappy.
* Terrifying to the point of changing the word system, it will shake the world, it will be too late for every sinner. It will lead to the emergence of the beast (anti-Christ).
Great number of inhabitants of the earth will be doom for hell, those who understand the scriptures but were unable to go with the rapture will weep, and go through much pains and yet very many of them shall miss heaven.
* The things Jesus call signs before this great event have taken place, Matthew 24 ;famine, pestilence, disease, war, corruption, abominations e.g the approval and practises of homosexuality, technology for the mark of the beast (666)- Obama Health Plan is a living proof, Persecutions of Christians, just to mention a few.
CRITERIA FOR RAPTURE
KJV:And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life. Rev. 21: 27
No unclean person will make it, everyone who is not pure will not be taken up. Please l admonish you to clean up your life, remove every skeleton in your cupboard, tidy up your closest, cry to God now for thorough cleansing, crying now makes sense, then even if you cry blood instead of tears it will make no sense because it will be too late, evaluate your life carefully, don’t deceive yourself, if you miss heaven, you do nobody harm but yourself. Give your life to Christ if you’ve not.
